Yoga Meals
Consistent with the guidelines of the Sivananda Yoga Seminarhaus, every day we prepare two yogic vegetarian meals. This means, meals are made without using eggs, garlic, onions, mushrooms, vinegar, radishes, leaks etc.
Needless to say, the foods we use are sourced from organic-certified producers (subject to regular inspections by Austria Bio Garantie).
In the morning, after your yoga session, you will be greeted by a brunch of warm and cold dishes (daily dal, grains, vegetables, salads, homemade bread, butter, jams and cheese as well as fruit).
In the evening, we will restore your energy reserves after your yoga lesson with a yogic vegetarian meal consisting of soup, a main course and dessert. Using a traditional East Tyrolean grain mill, we grind the whole-grain flour we need to make bread, breakfast rolls and cakes fresh every day.
