Retreat Detox for Body & Mind from 15 to 17 May 2020!
As the name suggests, a retreat involves consciously stepping back from the daily routine and secluding yourself in a place of tranquility. That is precisely what we wish to do together with you on this weekend. Freed from our daily cares and duties, and surrounded by magnificent mountain panoramas, we will treat body and mind to a timeout as we discover renewed sources of energy.
Spring is the best time to detoxify, since this time of year is when our livers are at their most active. Together, we will do special chi gong exercises to restore balance between body, mind and soul.
