All of the foods we use come from quality-inspected organic farms (subject to ongoing inspections by Austria Bio Garantie). Because of this, along with many other steps we have taken (exclusively vegetarian cuisine, use of solar and eco-friendly power, …), we are the living embodiment of sustainable tourism.
